Everyone will love this ice cream bowl full of bubble scoops. Create a bubbling bath time full of fun. We have two scents available: Dino Dots & Mermaid Tails. Dino Dots are blue and green and scented. Mermaid Taild are pink, purple, and turquoise and scented with a fruity tropical fragrance.
To use: plus a bubble scoop in a strainer or mesh bag and hold under running water. The friction and pressure from the water will create mounds of bubbles.
